• Weekly events: set an event to repeat every 1 to 4 weeks, and Party Up opens the next one after each meetup and invites your regulars back
• Hosts can set a minimum number of players: Party Up checks before the start and tells everyone whether the event is on. Hosts can also save drafts, schedule when an event goes live, and call an event off
• Group date polls let members vote on when to meet, and the poll is posted in the linked Telegram group or Discord server
• Host tools: remove one person from an event, share the lineup, add a payment link and mark who has paid, subscribe to your events in your calendar app, check everyone in at once, and let players check themselves in with I'm here
• After an event: invite the same group again, answer a private "How was it?", share photos in an album only attendees can see, reply to reviews, dispute a no-show mark, and look back on your year with a season recap
• Date polls take "if needed" votes and remind people who have not voted yet
• Notifications: a briefing for hosts before the event, a call for players when spots open, an optional daily digest, buttons to answer a notice without opening it, a badge with your unread count, and one place to mute an event, group or chat
• Groups: invite links for every way of joining, events proposed by members, moderators who review join requests with a message from the person asking, group announcements, and an offer to join the group or follow the host after you answer an invite
• Profiles show mutual follows, upcoming events and the groups you have in common
• Finding events: a When filter, Choose area, public groups to browse with signs of how active they are, You're in and Waitlisted markers with Hide events I'm in, Last spots and Needs players labels, filters that stay in the link, and a Get started checklist for new accounts. Group admins can choose to let search engines list their group
• Chat: reactions, photos in event chats, an unread divider and day separators, Copy, kept drafts with messages that appear as you send them, announcing to the group from the chat, lines that show when the event changes, and replies under group posts. People on the waitlist can read the event room
• Your account: see the devices you are signed in on and sign out everywhere, send privacy requests from the app, preview an account merge before it happens, get a summary with your data export, tell us why you are leaving, and join an invite-only Party Up with an invite link. Inactive accounts get a warning before they are removed
• Safety: report reviews and groups, report someone as underage and block them after reporting, hide the messages of people you blocked in shared chats, and get a clear explanation of a warning or a timed suspension, including from the Telegram and Discord bots
• Invite links stop taking answers once the event has started, the theme follows your device, and the time zone comes from your device. Reliability scores say how many events they are based on, and poll options that clash with your events are marked
• On iPhone, sheets no longer sit under the home bar, the status bar stays readable on photo and profile pages, the photo viewer clears the notch, and tapping a daily digest opens Alerts
• Events happening today read "Today, 7:30 PM" instead of their full date, and shared invite links show when the event starts
• Invite link previews in chats and social apps open with the event's start, such as "Tomorrow at 8:00 PM", in the event's own time zone
• Event cards, map pins and the event page say "Today" for an event starting today, using the day where the event takes place
• The Terms and Privacy Policy now cover Discord and the game catalogue, say that hosts and group admins may use what they see about you only to run their events and groups, and explain that Party Up uses on-device storage rather than cookies. You do not need to accept them again
• Already run a Telegram group or a Discord server? Connect a chat group on My Groups adds the Party Up bot and creates your Party Up group from the chat, with no form to fill in
• Party Up now tells you when someone you blocked is in an event: it asks before you join, marks the event on your cards, and lets you know if they arrive after you
• Group creators can delete a group for good: its upcoming events are cancelled, every member is told, and the bot says goodbye in the linked Telegram group or Discord server
• Connect a chat group: pick Telegram or Discord, link that account if you have not yet, and add the bot to your chat. Only your own linked account can connect the chat
• Blocked people in events: the event and invite pages ask before you confirm, My Events and dashboard cards show a marker, and you get a notice if someone you blocked joins later or you move up from the waitlist into an event they are in
• Delete a group from Manage group after typing its name. Archive stays the way to hide a group you may want back
• Chat in the sidebar with an unread count, a New message button in the chat hub, and message actions gathered in one ··· menu
• Group invites show who invited you, how many members the group has and where it meets, with a Not now button
• Follow people back from your Followers list, and set reminders as an amount and a unit, such as 2 hours or 1 day before
• Topics and Discord channels removed from a group are listed in Manage group, where an admin can restore them
• Creating an event asks for the basics first, marks the cover as optional, asks for a fixed date or a vote before who can see it, and starts with no type or category picked
• Tapping a notification opens it in the app and marks it read, and alert settings are grouped under four headings that say what each covers
• On someone else's profile, people now see only the initial of your surname
• Telegram posts label online events and link the host's name to their profile, shared link previews use the event creator's language, and the app tells you when Telegram stops reaching you so you can reconnect
• A topic or Discord channel removed from an event stays removed until an admin restores it, and reminder times you removed no longer fire
• Event prices read the same in the app, push alerts, Telegram and Discord, and place search answers in your language
• Errors across the app are translated and read out by screen readers, and the chat box stays above the keyboard on Android
• Gaming events: pick a video game from a searchable catalogue with cover art or type a tabletop game, add a join link to Online events, and see on the event page whether you own the game on Steam
• Discord comes to Party Up: sign in with Discord, connect your group's Discord server to post events there, RSVP straight from a Discord post, and check guests in automatically from a voice channel
• Hosts can detach a group from an event while editing it, see first how many guests joined through that group, and choose whether those guests keep their spots
• Game picker: events in Video games choose from a searchable catalogue with covers and genres, events in Tabletop games take a typed title, and the event page and Telegram post show the game
• Join links for Online events: add an https link to Discord or any other platform. Like a hidden address, only guests with a confirmed spot see it, as a Join on Discord or Open link button
• Discord and Steam accounts: link them in Settings > Linked accounts, choose whether people sharing an event with you see your handles, and see before joining whether a game is in your Steam library (you can switch this check off)
• Connect a Discord server in Manage group: hosts pick which channels an event is posted to, members RSVP from the Discord post, and notices can reach you by Discord direct message when Telegram cannot
• Automatic voice check-in: link a Discord voice channel to an event, and confirmed guests who spend five minutes in it during the event are marked as arrived
• Detach groups from an event: preview how many guests joined through the group, then keep their spots or release them, with a notice to the people affected
• Unlink any sign-in or gaming account in Settings > Linked accounts, as long as one way to sign in remains
• Shared links to events, groups, invites and date polls open in the Party Up app when it is installed, from either party-up.site or www.party-up.site
• Online events no longer show the Good to know section (allergens and what to bring), and Telegram group posts now include the event description
• Revoking a co-host invitation and inviting the same person again now sends them a fresh notice that opens the new invitation
• On Telegram, a refused RSVP tap now explains why in the button popup instead of opening a chat with the bot
• Removing a Telegram topic or Discord channel from an event takes down the event's post there
• The Terms and Privacy Policy links on the sign-up screen now sit next to the checkbox that accepts them
• Event times follow the event: each event keeps the time zone of its venue, or of its host when it is online, and the app, push alerts and Telegram show its local time, labelled when your device is somewhere else
• Hosts can say why an event is cancelled, and guests are told when its time, place or price changes - leaving soon after a host moves the start no longer counts as a late leave
• Private invites can bring more people than there are free spots, with the rest waiting in line, and group admins can remove or ban members, hand the group over and manage the group's invite link
• Cancel reasons: pick one of four optional reasons when cancelling an event. Guests and the Telegram post see it, and the event page shows the event as cancelled instead of saying it was not found
• Change notices: when a host edits an event's time, place or price, everyone with a spot or on the waitlist is told what changed, and quick edits arrive as one notice
• Remove or ban members from Manage group > People, see who is banned and lift a ban. A banned person cannot join, ask to join or use an invite link, in the app or on Telegram
• Hand a group over: the creator can make another member the creator, then stay on as a Super Admin or leave
• An invite link card in Manage group for invite-only groups: copy or share the link, reset it if it leaked, and choose when it expires
• Format a group's description with bold, italics and lists, when creating the group and in Manage group
• Invite more people than there are free spots: a private invite holds the spots that are free and puts the rest of the party on the waitlist, and the invite page says how many are held and how many wait
• Waiting guests show in the event's waitlist as a guest of whoever invited them and in the Telegram group post, and the person who invited them is told when one gets a spot
• Date polls tell everyone taking part when a new time is proposed, unless they have the poll open, where the page refreshes by itself
• Date poll voters are told when a poll is cancelled or expires, and their polls stay on My Events with their status
• Report a chat message from the thread: the moderators get the message with the few before it
• Links in chat messages and announcements can be tapped
• A category filter on the dashboard list and map
• Run it again: duplicating a past event moves it to the next date on the same weekday and time, and hosts get a Run it again button on an event that has ended
• Date polls ask how long the session lasts instead of a second start time, show each voter with their picture and show times on the poll's own clock
• You stay signed in while you keep using Party Up: your session renews itself, for up to 90 days after you last signed in
• Push alerts lead with the event's name and read as sentences, and join and leave alerts say who and show who else is going
• Signing in from an event link brings you back to that event, and signing out stops push notifications on that device and signs out your other open tabs
• Telegram group posts get a button that opens the event page, and review reminders open the event right at the review form
• A suspended account gives up its upcoming spots, so the waitlist moves up
• In Manage group > People, tap a member, a banned person or someone asking to join to open their profile
• Telegram posts and messages no longer fail when a name or title contains * or _, and long ones are cut to fit
• Editing an event shows its saved address in the place search, and a cover picture pasted as a link from another site can be cropped
• An installed desktop web app opens on the dashboard, and the home-screen app's tab bar on iPhone sits clear of the home indicator
• On Android the date and time picker closes after you pick, and Sign in with Apple is no longer offered
• Tag pills all have the same height, and links to the Italian and Spanish landing pages show a preview image in that language
• Find a date with your group: create date polls to let attendees propose and vote on times, with automatic event creation and seat reservations for the winning date
• Bring lists: hosts can specify what is needed and confirmed guests can claim items or volunteer what they are bringing, with live updates on the event page
• RSVP time clash alerts: get warned before joining an event that overlaps with another you are hosting or attending, with clash badges on your event cards
• Date polls: choose 'Let the group vote' when creating an event to share a poll where guests propose and vote on dates, tracked in a new strip at the top of My Events
• Automatic event creation from polls: set an optional vote threshold so the first date to reach enough votes automatically schedules the event and confirms seats for yes-voters
• Who brings what: hosts can turn on a bring list with needed items and quantities, letting confirmed guests claim needed items or add what they are bringing directly on the event page
• Schedule clash warnings: an inline notice warns you before confirming an RSVP if the event overlaps with another event you host, have a seat for, or are waitlisted on
• Public invite link flexibility: answering 'No' on a public invite link no longer permanently locks you out — you can return to the same link and confirm 'Yes' before sign-ups close
• Time clash badges: events that conflict with another commitment on your schedule now display a 'Time clash' badge on event cards in My Events and the dashboard
• Seat visibility on invites: re-opening an invite link for an event you already joined now clearly shows your assigned seat number and confirmed status
• Disconnect Telegram: group administrators can now unlink a community group from Telegram directly in Manage Group settings
• Discreet invite link notices: someone blocked by a host who opens an invite link now sees a neutral notice that they cannot join, without disclosing that a block is in place
• Keyboard navigation on web: event cards, memory cards, and date poll cards can now be focused and opened using standard keyboard controls
• Responsive mobile layouts: event list filter toolbars dock cleanly below the status bar on phones, and audience options wrap rather than clipping on narrow screens
• Reliable link sharing: sharing an event or poll link copies cleanly to the native device clipboard on iOS and Android on the first tap
• Pinned host announcements in event chats, chat archiving, and quiet join and leave lines that never ring anyone's phone
• Hosts can decide who joins an event - by age, by gender, or as a balanced event with two equal halves - and price each RSVP option on its own
• A clearer deal on your data: every account accepts the current Terms with a name and date of birth, phone numbers are gone from Party Up, and old events turn into memories instead of being kept forever
• Pinned announcements in event chats: a host's broadcast is posted into the event room and pinned at the top, with a banner that opens the full update. Only a host can delete one
• Archive or delete a chat from the chat hub or from the thread menu, with an Archived list; a new message brings an archived chat back to your inbox
• Who can join: hosts can set a minimum and maximum age, limit an event to one gender, or balance it so each half fills separately. Event pages, cards and invite previews show the rules and how each half is filling, and joining asks only for what the rules need
• Per-option pricing: each RSVP option can carry its own price, shown when you pick an option. The event price now also appears on cards, the event page and invite previews
• Pick co-hosts when creating an event as a group: choose which group members host it, and they are told they were added
• Terms acceptance: everyone accepts the current Terms before using the app, and sign-up asks for your first and last name, your date of birth and, optionally, your gender. Names and date of birth are set once and shown read-only in Settings
• Memories: once an event is more than 12 months old it becomes a memory in My Events > Past, keeping what it was and who hosted it, and you can duplicate a new event from it
• Moderation decisions come with a statement of reasons: when content is removed, an event rejected or an account banned, the person and the reporter are told why, and the decision can be appealed within six months
• A suspended account now sees a screen to read the decision, appeal it, download its data or delete the account
• First-time explanations: a short intro on reliability before your first join, and on hosting the first time you open the New event form
• A Good to know section on the event form for the animal and allergen questions, noting that allergen tags are declared by the host and not verified
• Web push on iPhone in the EU, with the exact Add to Home Screen steps for the browser you are using
• Your data download now includes your memories, the moderation decisions about you and any corrections made to your attendance record
• Member joins and departures in event and group chats now show as quiet timeline lines, with no unread badge or push alert
• Unread chat counts now show on the browser tab title and the app icon, and a chat thread offers to turn on push notifications where replies matter
• Leaving an event 24 hours or less before it starts now asks you to confirm and explains that it counts as a late leave
• Reliability now covers only the last 12 months, and other people no longer see how many events you missed - only you see your own full record
• Guest names are optional when you bring extra people: an unnamed guest shows as a guest of the person who invited them, and a guest is told when their own seat is confirmed
• Being given a group role no longer adds you to every event the group hosts: a group event is hosted by the co-hosts picked for it
• Party Up is for people 18 and over: an account under 18 is closed and cannot sign in again until its owner turns 18
• Invite-only events no longer take reviews, and no longer send review reminders
• Reporting an event now reports the event itself, without having to name one of its hosts
• Notifications arrive in your current language and name people as their profile reads today
• Telegram event posts, messages and reminders now link to the event page instead of showing the address, and the bot asks people to accept the Terms in the app instead of creating accounts
• Public event listing is shown as coming soon for now: the switch on the event form is disabled until it opens
• A new Party Up app icon and refreshed share images
• The event list toolbar fits in one compact row on narrow screens, and the event form's sections have more room
• Removing an RSVP option now says how many people are waiting on it before you confirm
• Telegram event buttons that cannot complete an action now answer privately in a popup instead of posting an error into the group
• Prices on events and RSVP options can no longer be negative
• Event pages refresh right away when a co-host accepts, declines or is removed, when an invite link expires and when a private invite is declined
• Duplicating an old event now explains why its address is empty instead of leaving it blank without a word
• Guests with the same name, or with no name, are no longer lost when a host edits the guest list
• A suspended account no longer has a public profile and can no longer be followed
• Phone numbers: the profile phone field, the co-host phone sharing setting and the host phone shown on event pages are gone, and creating an event no longer asks for one
• Event addresses and guest names are deleted 30 days after an event, cancelled events 30 days after they are cancelled, and sign-ups that never accept the Terms after 7 days
• Reminder pushes no longer show the event address
• Reply directly to any message in event chats, group rooms, and direct messages, and tap a quote to jump straight back to the original
• Richer profiles: a formatted bio, stat tiles for events attended, host rating and followers, and a reliability card that shows where you stand
• Chat is one tap away from every screen, with a new page header across the app and unread counts on the Direct, Events and Groups tabs of the inbox
• Reply to messages in chat: tap Reply beside any message timestamp, or swipe a message right on mobile to quote and answer it directly
• Quote navigation: tapping a quoted message scrolls the thread back to the original message, fetching older history if needed and framing the message in yellow
• Group role tags in group conversations showing whether the sender is an Admin (group creator and Super Admins), Moderator, or Publisher
• A reply preview above the message composer that shows who you are answering and lets you cancel before sending
• Your data download now includes which message each chat reply answers
• Format your bio with bold, italics and lists, using the same editor as event descriptions; long bios fold away on your public profile
• Public profiles show three stat tiles - events attended, host rating with its review count, and followers - plus a reliability card such as "Kept 31 of 32 seats · 1 no-show"
• A reliability card on your own profile with your current rate, a coloured bar and a line saying where you stand; tap it for the full explanation
• Remove your profile photo, or a group's cover photo, instead of only replacing it; a photo you removed is not brought back by signing in with Google or Telegram
• Unread count badges on the Direct, Events and Groups tabs of the chat inbox
• A chat button in the title row of every tab and page, and a floating one over event covers, so your inbox is always one tap away
• Question-mark buttons beside the titles and sections they explain open the matching guide, on the group, event form, waitlist, broadcast, chat, reviews, invite, discover, profile, alerts and settings screens
• Help and guides can now be reached from the account menu, your Profile and Settings
• A quote of a message that has since been deleted now displays as deleted rather than showing missing text
• Quoted text in chat messages is cleanly left-aligned across both mobile and web views
• The Messaging guests guide and chat feature card now include walkthroughs and screenshots for replying to messages
• A spot you get from the waitlist less than 3 hours before an event starts no longer counts against your reliability if you can't make it or give it back; hosts see the short-notice tag in their attendance list, and the promotion alert says so
• Every screen now uses one page header, with the title, back button and actions aligned the same way; chat thread and group titles moved into it, and on phones the chat room link becomes an icon so the title has room
• The search and filter toolbar stays pinned at the top of the events list while you scroll
• Maps on iOS and Android are now drawn with the same map style as the web, including dark mode
• The celebration confetti now bursts from both bottom corners and flutters down more naturally
• Party Up handles can no longer be set or changed for now; handles you already have keep showing
• Guide videos play once instead of looping
• Italian now uses "organizzatore" consistently for event hosts across the entire app and guides, eliminating confusion with guests
• The delete account screen in Italian now correctly describes who takes over an event instead of saying who follows it
• Jumping to a quoted message no longer fails if the thread refreshes while older messages are being loaded
• Enter now sends a chat message on desktop web, and Shift+Enter starts a new line
• The chat alert sound now plays in Safari on iPhone and in the home-screen app
• The create-event button on the dashboard no longer flickers or disappears while you scroll
• The header's account menu no longer opens behind list rows
• Map pins on iOS and Android stay centred when the location moves, and tapping a pin keeps its preview open
• The Spanish waitlist promotion message now shows the event's date and time
• Every host is named wherever an event appears: the event page, the cards, the map bubble, the invite preview and the Telegram post - or the group's name when a group hosts it
• A host list anyone who can see the event can open, with each host's rating, a Follow button and why each of them hosts
• Alerts reach every host: a new event goes to the followers of all of them, and a group's own events reach the group's members
• Host list on the event page: tap the line that names the hosts to see all of them, each with their rating, a Follow button, and whether they created the event, were invited to co-host, or host through the group
• Host tag on the chat messages of an event's hosts, so guests can tell who is answering
• A section in the Host together guide on how hosts appear and what the host list shows, with a screenshot of it, in English, Italian and Spanish
• Your data download now includes the events you co-host and the co-host invitations you sent and received
• Sections in the Host together and Run a group guides on what deleting your account does to the events you host with other people, and on how archiving a group freezes who hosts its events, with a screenshot of the delete account panel, in English, Italian and Spanish
• An event with several hosts shows their pictures stacked and their names on one line, on the event page and on the cards, and shows no rating there - a rating belongs to a person, and more than one person runs the event
• An event a group hosts shows the group's name and picture where a personal event shows people, on the event page, the cards, the map bubble, the invite preview and the Telegram post
• Invite previews and both event review queues name the hosts the same way
• A Telegram event post names up to three hosts and counts the rest, or names the group when the group hosts the event
• Someone joined, someone left, a guest was added or removed: these now reach every host of the event rather than only the person who created it - and a host who adds or removes a guest themselves is no longer told about their own action
• A new event now alerts everyone who follows any of its hosts, and following two hosts of the same event still means one alert
• The alert switch for new events is now called New events, with a line under it saying it covers both events from hosts you follow and events your own groups host
• An event a group hosts now alerts the group's members when it is published. An event only posted into a group still alerts nobody, and members find it in the group. Both are covered by the New events switch
• While this release rolls out, alerts still waiting to be sent are grouped under the old and the new scheme at once for a short while: a host may be told both that someone joined and that the same person left, where the two would have cancelled each other out. It clears itself when the rollout finishes, and no alert is lost
• Deleting your account no longer cancels an event someone else hosts with you: it passes to the host who has been on it longest, and only the events left with nobody hosting them are cancelled. Past and already cancelled events change hands the same way
• Suspending an account no longer cancels the upcoming events it hosts with other people; those change hands instead, and only the ones it hosts alone are cancelled
• Someone blocked by any host of an event can no longer reach another host's public profile through that event; only the named host's block list was checked before
• Becoming a host of an event now clears any answer you had given it, not only a yes, so a host could no longer be left in an event's list of people not coming
• Removal notices no longer tell people that a spot they gave up is not returned, which was said to everyone removed from a host list including people who never held one
• Removing any role from a group's own creator no longer shows a message that is false for them: they host the group's events and keep every manage right because they created it, whatever their roles say
• Spanish now uses one word for a host across the app and the guides
• The delete account screen now says which of your upcoming events another host keeps and who takes each one over, instead of listing every one of them as about to be cancelled
• Everyone hosting an event is told when it is approved or rejected, not only the person who created it - except the admin who made the decision, who is not told about their own action
• Events hosted by a community group: the group's creator and Super Admins all host them, with the same rights, the same ban lists and the same reviews
• Manage group now explains what each role means for hosting, and asks before a grant or a revoke changes who hosts the group's upcoming events
• Co-hosting by invitation: invite someone you follow who follows you back to host an event with you, up to five hosts, and either of you can step away afterwards
• Host choice on the event form: create an event as yourself or as a group you run, so its creator and Super Admins manage it together
• Notification for a new Super Admin telling them they now host the group's events, and saying so separately when it released a spot they were holding
• New Host together guide and Host as a group feature card covering who hosts an event, what every host can do, and how reviews, blocks and phone numbers work across hosts
• Hosts panel on an event page listing who hosts it and why, with Invite a co-host, the invitations still waiting for an answer, and Withdraw for the host who sent one or for the event's creator
• A screen for the person invited that spells out what hosting takes on — the same powers over the event, reviews counting toward their rating, both hosts' block lists and phone sharing — before they accept or decline
• Stop hosting for any host of an event, and Remove for the event's creator or for the host who invited that person; on a group's event the group's creator removes hosts
• Alerts for a co-host invitation, for the answer to one you sent, and for being taken off an event's host list, with a Co-hosting switch under alert types — being removed is always told and cannot be switched off
• Settings switch for sharing your phone number on events you co-host, off until you turn it on
• New Invite a co-host feature card, and guide sections on inviting, accepting and leaving or removing a host
• Granting Super Admin adds the person to every event the group hosts that has not ended yet; removing the role takes them off those same events, while events that have already ended keep the hosts who ran them
• Granting Super Admin gives up any spot that person holds on the group's upcoming events, and the waitlist moves up into it; the spot does not come back if the role is removed later
• Role help in Manage group, and the Super Admin grant and revoke confirmations, now spell out the hosting consequences
• Guides for check-in, invite links, messaging guests, spots and the waitlist, reliability, finding people and groups now describe every host of an event instead of only the person who created it
• Accepting a co-host invitation withdraws whatever answer you had given that event — a host is not a guest — so a place it was holding goes back to the event; stepping down as a host later does not return it
• An event keeps at most five hosts, counting invitations still waiting for an answer, and an invitation nobody answered expires when the event starts
• An event always keeps at least one host, so its last host cannot step down, and once an event is over its host list stops changing — it is the record of who ran it
• The Super Admin role help and the co-hosting guide now say that the host who created an event always shares their number with confirmed guests, that the other hosts share theirs only once they turn the setting on, and that a group's own hosts see every number either way
• An event hosted by a group now stays in the list and on the map for each of its hosts, even when another host has blocked them
