Share a public link, or hold spots for named guests with a private invite.

Invite links live on your event's page, under Invite people. Every link stops working when the event starts.

Open your event from My events and scroll to Invite people.

Under Public link, tap Create public link, then Copy public link.

Share the link anywhere. Anyone who opens it can join after signing in.
Tip
Only a host can create the public link or Revoke it, and there is only one at a time.
A Private invite holds spots for someone you name. Held spots count against the event's limit straight away, so nobody else can take them.

Under Private invite, enter a label such as the guest's name and choose how many Seats to hold.

Tap Create private invite and send the link to that person.

They sign in and confirm. If the invite holds more than one spot, they add the names of the people coming with them.
Guests who have a spot can create private invites too, one spot each, until sign-ups close. Any host can revoke any private invite; a guest can revoke only the ones they made. Revoking releases the held spots.
What invitees seeSigned out, an invitee sees the event and its neighbourhood, never the exact address, and is asked to sign in. With a private invite they can also Decline without signing in. If the event is full when they confirm, they join the waitlist.
Group invite linksInvite-only groups have their own link, separate from event links. Group admins create, share, reset and time-limit it in Manage group, under Invite link.
Once someone joins with a group link, the app opens the group's page.
